The material warranties available on our roof replacement and repair jobs vary based on the type of material you choose but typically range from 25 to 50 years.
Matt did a great job replacing our roof. Quoting process was easy and everything was explained fully. Financing option was completed online and approved the same day, very helpful. Scheduling went quickly and the job was completed in a single day. Even some issues we discovered after removing the old roof did not delay the project. I highly recommend these guys.

Perkins Roofing did a beautiful job on our new roof. Great recommendations for color and offered a variety of grades to choose from. We bought our house knowing a roof was needed as a priority. They were gracious about working within our fast paced schedule as well! In addition, when we had a hiccup during the first rain storm (totally related to poor design of vent location by builder), they came out within 4 hours, designed a quick repair for us - executed it in the pouring rain so we could avoid any damage until we can get our gutter redesigned in that location. They certainly did not have to do that for us but did because they are honest and reputable. I highly recommend Perkins for any repair, service or replacement. If they can’t do it, they will help with recommendations! A+
